The Gaudi Suites II - Eixample is a very centrally located rental apartment in Barcelona that has air conditioning and WIFI Internet access. Situated among some of the main streets of Barcelona: Paseo de Gracia, Diagonal and Aragon, it's still a very quiet apartment. It is ideal for those coming to Barcelona for vacation as well as business travel.

This central rental apartment in Barcelona consists of: a double bedroom with double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two persons and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen, independent, is fully equipped with the following electrical appliances: oven, microwave, coffee maker, iron, refrigerator, washer and dryer. It has a full bathroom with a tub and a hair dryer.

Location and area

This is one of our apartments for rent in Barcelona located in the heart of the Eixample district of Barcelona. A few blocks from the beautiful Paseo de Gracia where are located some of the works of Gaudí : La Pedrera and Casa Batlló and ten minutes walking from the Sagrada Familia.

The nearest underground station is Verdaguer (L4 and L5); three minutes away walking from the apartment. In addition there are a variety of buses to get to any corner of Barcelona.

The Eixample, with beautiful apartments for rent, is the closest area to the old town or casco antiguo of Barcelona. It is divided into two areas, the left and the right side.

Without doubt, the street Paseo de Gracia is the most famous and elegant street of the Eixample. On this avenue we can find some of the most majestic and important architectural works in Barcelona, the famous works of Gaudí: Casa Milà or La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. Paseo de Gracia also gathers the most luxurious boutiques of the city and a lot of companies’ headquarters.

The Diagonal that crosses the entire city has its most financial and commercial side in its Eixample part. You can find a lot of different stores, boutiques and society’s headquarters.

This district of Barcelona is characterized by its square shape and modernist houses and palaces. On the right side the visitor must see the unique Sagrada Familia and the Parc Güell, all of them creations of Gaudi, and on the left side, the Joan Miró Park and many modernist buildings.
