Apartment Description

The Marina Deluxe Apartment is a newly furnished studio. This studio contains a master space where we can find different but integrated areas: The living-room area with a sofa, the bedroom area with a double bed, the dining area with a dining table with two chairs, and an open kitchen with all new appliances: refrigerator, microwave-oven, electric coffee machine, toaster and washing-dryer machine. It has a complete bathroom with shower and hair dryer. It also has a folding bed for a third person that can be installing in the living room.

This brand new apartment is exterior and provided with Air Conditioning, television, stereo with CD player, DVD player and Internet DSL connexion with WIFI. Total surface is 30sqm.  Sleep up to three people.

This newly furnished and traditional fisherman’s studio is located on the ground floor of a building with security system with interphone.

The Marina Deluxe Apartment is situated in the old fishing village called "Barceloneta" in the city centre of Barcelona. The city's beach is just a few steps away.

The Barceloneta area is a picturesque and popular neighbourhood, full of seaworthy bars and seafood restaurants, but also just a few minutes walking from the Old Town, Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter and the city's Cathedral.
