Our beautiful Vila apartment Deluxe III is one of our most wanted central Barcelona apartments; it is perfect for groups who want to be close to the sea as well as the Heart of the City.

This recently refurbished and decorated flat maintains some original elements such as the floors and some windows. It is composed of three bedrooms: one double bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined to form a double bed) and two bedrooms with a single bed each one. It has a beautiful living-room with one sofa-bed for two and a table with six chairs. From here there’s access to a quiet balcony. The kitchen is completely equipped with the following appliances: microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, electric coffee machine and washing machine. It has a complete bathroom with bath and hair-dryer.

Vila apartment Deluxe III has air conditioning (hot and cold air in the living room and double bedroom), television and DVD player. The total surface of this apartment is 60sqm and it sleeps up to six people.
It is on the sixth floor of a building with elevator and security system with interphone.

In the same building there are two other apartments for rent (Vila apartment Deluxe and Vila apartment Deluxe II).  So, it’s perfect for groups.

Location & Area

This central Barcelona apartment is located near the sea, in Paralelo area, between the harbour and Plaza España (where “La Fira” is).

This area is a popular neighbourhood, full of bars, restaurants and Tapas Bars. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops.
Montjuic is very close by; a large green area ideal for those who want to go for a stroll escaping the chaotic center.

This apartment offers guests easy access by underground or walking to Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña, Boqueria Market and is 10 minutes walk to the Raval Quarter. The city beach is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. The nearest metro station is Paral.lel (line 2 and 3).
