Apartment description

Sant Pau is a spacious apartment, which consists of four bedrooms: one double bedroom with a queen size bed and a big closet, two other double rooms with a sofa bed for two people and a closet each, and a fourth room with a single bed an a closet. The apartment has a lounge with a couch and a table with seven chairs. The independent kitchen is totally equipped with the following electro-domestics: Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave, electric coffeemaker, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two complete bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub and a hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with central heating, television, DVD player and a CD player. The total surface is of 92m2, with a maximum sleeping capacity for seven people.

The San Pau apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with elevator and a security system with interphone.

Location and Area

Sant Pau apartment is located in the Ensanche neighbourhood of Barcelona (on the right hand side of the quarter). It is situated just next to the famous Sant Pau hospital, designed by the architect Gaudí. The apartment is therefore extremely suitable for people who have to visit this hospital.

The apartment is just a few metres from the Gaudí Avenue, a pedestrian zone with many shops, restaurants and coffee shops with terraces, which connects the modernist Sant Pau Hospital with the Sagrada Familia.

The area as well as the apartment enjoys a quiet atmosphere at night and it is safe to walk and make use of public transport at all times. There is a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops that are easily accessible from the apartment.

The closest subway station is Hospital de Sant Pau (line 5, blue), just two minutes’ walk from the apartment. However, there are also a great number of bus lines that stop nearby the apartment.
