Apartment description

The Sagrada Familia apartment is a small house composed of a double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a dining-living room with a single sofa-bed and a table with tour chairs. The kitchen is integrated in the living-room and it is totally equipped with the next appliances: oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, electric coffee machine, toaster and iron. From the living room you have access to an open space in the second floor where there is a single bed. It has a bathroom with shower and hair-dryer.

This apartment is provided with television with DVD player and air conditioning (in the living room). The total surface is 24sqm where it is possible to sleep a maximum of four people.

This apartment, as it is a separate house, has direct access from the street.

Location & Area

The apartment Sagrada Familia is located at the Eixample district, a few minutes walking to the Sagrada Familia and the Sant Pau Hospital. It is a popular neighbourhood, quiet and safe but plenty of life.

At two streets from the apartment there is the Gaudi Avenue, a pedestrian street full of cafes and restaurants that goes from Sant Pau Hospital to the Sagrada Familia. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops are located near the flat.

The nearest subway stations are Hospital de Sant Pau (line 5) and Sagrada Familia (line 2 and 5).  There are also several bus lines that go downtown and to the beaches.
