The apartment Borne Deluxe is located in the most fashionable neighbourhood of Barcelona. This apartment stands out for three elements that in downtown it is very difficult to find: it has elevator, it is totally exterior and it is very luminous.
The building has views from the Santa Maria del Mar cathedral (one of the most important gothic cathedrals in Barcelona) and to “Paseo del Born (a pedestrian street). It has a very modern elevator that works with key to access directly to the apartment.

It has been totally refurbished and carefully decorated with a modern and contemporary decoration.
It is prepared to accommodate between one and six people. In the same building there is also a Duplex with capacity for eight people (Borne Deluxe II).

The Born is located in the old town; actually it is the most fashion neighbourhood in Barcelona. There you can find the most fashion restaurants and bars and the most avant-garde boutiques (as the SOHO in New York).
