The apartment Borne Deluxe II is located in the most fashionable neighbourhood of Barcelona. This apartment stands out for three elements that it is very difficult to find downtown: it has elevator, it is totally exterior and it is very luminous.
The building has views from the Santa Maria del Mar cathedral (one of the most important gothic cathedrals in Barcelona) and to “Paseo del Born (a pedestrian street). It has a very modern elevator that works with key to access directly to the apartment.

On the top floor, with independent entrance, there is a big bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. In this floor there is a big terrace with incredible views of the city, equipped with a table with some chairs.

It is prepared to accommodate between one and eight people. In the same building there is another apartment with capacity for six people (Borne Deluxe).
The apartment it is perfectly prepared with all necessary things as:

Location and area
The Born is located in the old town; actually it is the most fashion neighbourhood in Barcelona. There you can find the most fashion restaurants and bars and the most avant-garde boutiques (as the SOHO in New York).
Its location will allow you easy access to the most important places in Barcelona, on foot or by public transportation. This apartment offer visitors walking access to las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, barrio Gótico, la Barceloneta, etc.
The nearest metro station is Jaume I (line 4), located at three minutes walking form the apartment.
