The Gracia-Torrent de l’Olla apartment is a design loft, spacious and very luminous placed in a central but quiet neighbourhood. It’s at five minute by metro to Plaza Catalunya and at 3 minutes to one of the most commercial streets of Barcelona: Paseo de Gracia.

This loft is composed of an open bedroom with two single beds that goes to a covered balcony from which enters a lot of light, perfect to have breakfast in a sunny morning, and a dining-living room equipped with a double sofa-bed. The kitchen is open to the living room at it is equipped with the next electrical appliances: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee machine, toaster and iron. It has a complete bathroom with shower.

This apartment is equipped with television. The total surface is 60sqm where it is possible to sleep a maximum of four people.

This modern loft is located on the first floor of a building without elevator that has a security system with interphone.

Location & Area

The Gracia-Torrent de l’Olla apartment is located between the Gracia and the Eixample’s districts, in the centre of the town. It’s placed at walking distance from Paseo de Gracia and Diagonal.

The Gracia area is a picturesque and popular neighbourhood full of squares with lots of bars and restaurants and the Eixample district, the central area, is an elegant and sophisticated neighbourhood.

In the centre of the Eixample district, it is located the most modern and sophisticated area of the city - Paseo de Gracia, which is full of fashionable shops and restaurants - and very closed it is placed the Sagrada Familia. This apartment offers guests easy access on foot to most Barcelona’s touristy places as the famous Gaudi’s buildings as the Pedrera and the Batlló house.
 
From the apartment you can get almost everywhere in the city on foot, by metro or bus. The nearest metro station is Diagonal (Line 3 and 5), three minutes walking from the apartment.
