Apartment description

The Cassiopeia is a very luminous apartment that has been recently refurbished. It has a dining living-room equipped with a double sofa-bed and a table with some chairs. From here you have access to the terrace, which is private and offers you nice views of Palma Old Town. The kitchen is integrated in the living-room and it is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, oven, electric coffee machine, kettle, iron and washing machine. It has a double bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. It is bright and comfortable with wardrobe space for your belongings. This room also has direct access to the terrace.

This one-bedroom apartment is provided with air conditioner, television and DVD player. The total surface is 45sqm and it is possible to sleep a maximum of four people.

It is located on the fifth floor of a renewed building where you can find three other apartments for rent: Andromeda, Aquarius and Aries apartments.

Location and area

The apartment is located on a quiet street just off one of Palma's main shopping streets: C/San Miquel. The San Miquel Street leads in to the centre square Plaça Mayor and the intricate maze of small streets full of boutiques and bars that is Palma centre.

It is also very near to the bus and train station on Plaça Espanya where for example the airport bus stops and the famous Soller train line begins.
