The Charming Borne is a central Barcelona apartment located in the most fashionable neighbourhood. This modern two bedroom apartment stands out for three reasons; it is downtown, it has an elevator, which is hard to find in this area, and it is totally exterior as well as luminous.

This lovely apartment for rent has a surface of 60sqm and is composed of: two double bedrooms, each one with two single beds, a modern dining-living room with a sofa and a table with four chairs and a kitchen integrated in the living room totally equipped with: refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, iron. It has one bathroom with hair-dryer and one toilette.

Charming Borne is all exterior and has two small balconies in the living room. It is provided with parquet floor, air conditioning (hot and cold) all around the flat, TV, DVD and  DSL Internet connection with WIFI.

Location and area

This is one of our Barcelona apartments located in the Born, in the old town; actually it is the most fashionable neighbourhood in Barcelona. One can find great restaurants and bars and the most avant-garde boutiques (quite like SOHO in New York).

Its location will allow you easy access to the most important places in Barcelona, on foot or public transport. This apartment is just walking distance from the Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic area, Barceloneta, etc.

The nearest metro station is Barceloneta (line 4); located three minutes form the apartment.

Please take note our building is a small, quiet residential building. By staying here, you will be experiencing true Barcelona life. For everyone’s peace of mind, it is imperative that you respect the building’s code of conduct. From 10pm, it is not allowed to make noise in the apartment or in the stairways that could disturb the other neighbours. This is not a building for noisy parties or loud behaviour.
