This holiday apartment in Barcelona is very comfortable and elegant. It consists of: a bright dining room with two big windows, equipped with two sofas and a table with six chairs. It has a living room in front of the kitchen with a double sofa-bed and a television. The kitchen is totally equipped with the following electrical appliances: refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.
It has a great suite with a double bed, a big built-in wardrobe and a personal bathroom with bathtub. From this bedroom you have spectacular perspective of the terrace. It has a second double bedroom, also with view of the terrace, with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe; and a third bedroom with two single beds type nest. Next to the bedrooms we find the beautiful terrace with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Between the bedrooms and the terrace we find a covered space with a desk and an armchair, ideal for relaxing looking at the terrace. This amazing Barcelona apartment has a second bathroom with shower and hair-dryer and a toilet in the corridor. There is also a laundry room in the corridor where the washing machine and dryer are located.

This lovely apartment in Barcelona is equipped with parquet floor, air conditioning (cold and hot) in the whole apartment, TV, DVD, washing machine and dryer. The total surface of this luxury apartment is 140m² in which up to 8 people can sleep.

This Barcelona apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and intercom. The lift can be found on the ground floor but it stops between floors so it’s necessary to take the stairs to reach the apartment, but only a dozen or so.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 19 per day.

Location and Area

The Luxury Eixample Esquerre Suites I is one of our apartments for rent in Barcelona located in the Eixample district, more precisely on the left side.

The nearest subway stations are Universitat (L1 and L2) y Hospital Clínic (L5) just a few streets walking from the apartment. It is 5 minutes by subway from Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas and 10 minutes by subway from Plaza España where the Fira of Barcelona is located.

The Eixample, with beautiful apartments for rent, is the closest area to downtown Barcelona. It is divided into two areas, the left and the right side. Without doubt, the street Paseo de Gracia is the most famous and elegant street of the Eixample. On this avenue where we can find some of the most majestic and important architectural works in Barcelona, the famous works of Gaudí: Casa Milà or La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. Paseo de Gracia also gathers the most luxurious boutiques of the city and a lot of companies’ headquarters.

The Diagonal that crosses te entire city has its most financial and commercial side in its Eixample part. You can find a lot of different stores, boutiques and society’s headquarters.

This district of Barcelona is characterized by its square shape and modernist houses and palaces. On the right side the visitor must see the unique Sagrada Familia and the Parc Güell, all works of Gaudi and on the left side, the Joan Miró Park and many modernist buildings.
