Our apartment is located next to one of the quietest pedestrian streets in Barcelona: Av. de Josép Tarradellas. Far from noise and stress but very close to:

● Sants Station, 10 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by train or car.

● Plaza de España, where the Fira de Barcelona is located, 12 minutes by train or 8 minutes by car.

● Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas and the Old Town, 15 minutes by train.

The nearest metro station is just a three-minute walk away (Entença Line 5).

CHECK IN

To process your arrival it is necessary that you send us a photo of the ID´s or passports of all guests by email or WhatsApp.

The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. To register in your apartment, one or two days before the arrival date, we will confirm the time of entry and delivery of the keys.

Do you need to enter before? Contact us the day before your arrival and we will inform you if it is possible to modify the entry time.

CHECK OUT

The departure time is at 11:00 am. You will be able to close the door without worrying about returning the keys.

Do you need to stay longer?

Contact us one day before your departure and we will confirm if it is possible to check out after 11:00 am.

● To register in your apartment, one or two days before the arrival date, we will specify the time for the delivery of the keys in the apartment.

● Smoking is prohibited.

● It is mandatory in this apartment:

○               Sign a rental contract on the day of arrival

○               Send a copy of passport or identity card before the day of arrival

○               Provide a permanent residence address prior to the day of arrival

○               Provide the reason for the stay before the day of arrival.

○              Allow access to the Property to the Landlord, the Administrator, and the operators or industrialists commanded by any of them, for the performance, inspection and verification of any kind of works or repairs that affect the Property or visits for future tenants.
