It is one of our apartments in Barcelona located in the Gothic Quarter.

The neighborhood is very popular and well connected. A few meters away is Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya full of shops, restaurants and cafes with terraces.

The nearest metro station is Jaume I (line 4). In addition, there are several bus lines to the beaches.

CHECK IN

To process your arrival it is necessary that you send us a photo of the ID´s or passports of all guests by email or WhatsApp.

The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. To check into your apartment, one or two days before your arrival date, we will send you a link to access the apartment.

Do you need to enter before? Contact us the day before your arrival and we will inform you if it is possible to modify the entry time.

CHECK OUT

The departure time is at 11:00 am. You will be able to close the door without worrying about returning the keys.

Do you need to stay longer?

Contact us one day before your departure and we will confirm if it is possible to check out after 11:00 am.

● To check in to your apartment, one or two days before your arrival date, we will send you a link to access the apartment.

● We would also need copies of all guests´ ID cards or passports before providing them with a link to access the apartment.

● Smoking is prohibited.

● It is mandatory in this apartment:

○               Sign a rental contract on the day of arrival

○               Send a copy of passport or identity card before the day of arrival

○               Provide a permanent residence address prior to the day of arrival

○               Provide the reason for the stay before the day of arrival.

○              Allow access to the Property to the Landlord, the Administrator, and the operators or industrialists commanded by any of them, for the performance, inspection and verification of any kind of works or repairs that affect the Property or visits for future tenants.
