Rental Housing contract for tourist use

For your own security, make sure you take the keys when you leave the apartment and lock the door from the outside. Do not allow any person you don’t know into the building.
 
Please turn off the lights and the electrical appliances when you leave the apartment. We shall appreciate and take care of our resources.
 
Please, do not touch the boiler and the main water command. 
 
It is obligatory to put the garbage out. Throw it into the trash bins (situated outside the building).
 
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed;
 
Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests in a Barcelonaforrent apartment should be aware that if loud music is played, or a party is held, and the neighbours complain and/or police is called, you will be warned once. If the party/loud music/loud noises  do not stop after our warning, we shall proceed with a penalization.

Noise regulations and respect for other residents is between 22:00 and 10.00.
 
CHECK OUT INFORMATION
 
Please note that you should leave the apartment before or at 11:00 am.
In case you need to leave the apartment at a later time, please ask us if this is possible a day before your check-out. We will gladly try to meet your request, if possible, letting you know of latest possible check-out hour.

Before leaving the apartment on the check-out, you shall leave the apartment in good conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of, kitchen utensils and the dishes should be clean.
 
You have to leave the 2 set(s) of KEYS on the dining table upon check-out. Loosing keys has a penalization of 50 euros. It is best to make sure that the entrance door of the building is open before leaving the apartment. 
 
Barcelonaforrent is not responsible for your forgotten or lost personal belongings. Please check that you do not forget anything before leaving the apartment.
