Booking with BarcelonaForRent  is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:
Enter your travel details and number of people in the search box at our webpage. Use the "Bedrooms" filter if you want to specify the number of bedrooms and find your ideal apartment even faster.
You’ll see a list of available apartments. Click "See details" to see the description, photos, location and price of the apartments you like the most.
Once you’ve found your ideal apartment, click the box "Book now".
Enter your personal details in "Booking details" then enter your credit/debit card details securely to pay the deposit for your booking. Make sure you read and accept our terms & conditions of use/privacy policy then click the green box "Pay now by credit card". Should you prefer to pay via PayPal, please click the box "Make payment through PayPal" and you'll be redirected to PayPal's payments platform.
In a few seconds we’ll send a confirmation email if the payment has been successful.
Within 24 hours (48 hours at weekends) you’ll receive an email with your booking reservation and instructions to follow on the day you arrive. This email will also include the address of your apartment, the name and phone number of your contact person and all the information on how to pay the outstanding amount and check in.
If you want to make a last-minute booking for today or tomorrow—no problem! We’ll send you an immediate confirmation or return your deposit!

How can I make a pre-payment? To make the pre-payment indicated in the "Pay now" section, please fill in the booking form and enter the information on your credit or debit card.
How much do I have to pay as a security deposit? Upon arrival, you will need to pay a deposit of 100 Euros.
When will I get the security deposit back? Once you have left the apartment and we have checked that there is no damage in it, we will refund you the full amount of the deposit. This process can take up to 7 days.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on the website?  Yes.  Weflating has a payment system whereby data from credit / debit cards are processed through an external, secure bank server.
How can I cancel my reservation? To cancel a reservation you have to contact us directly by email to reservations@weflating.com or by phone on +34 620 235 769
Will I get a refund if I cancel my reservation? If you do eventually cancel your reservation, your chosen rate will determine whether you will receive a full refund or not. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
What equipment do the apartments come with? All our apartments have modern appliances. Towels and bed linens are also provided for our guests. The apartments have cable TV and Internet.
How do I get the keys? Most of the check ins take place directly at the apartment. However the booking confirmation that we send you contains all the information you need to contact us when you arrive, so that we can hand over the keys and give you all the information you need about the apartment.
Where I can leave my luggage? If you need to leave your luggage before or after you rent your apartment, you can contact us and we will explain you the different options available.
How can I get to Barcelona from the airport? You’ll received an e- mail explaining how to get to Barcelona from the Barcelona-El Prat airport. You can also contact our customer service to order a taxi transfer from the airport to your apartment.
Can I bring a pet to my apartment? Pets are not allowed in our apartments, we are afraid.
What if I break something in the apartment? If you break something, let us know and we'll tell you if you need to pay any additional costs.
What if I have an emergency during my stay? When you arrive, we give you the number of our emergency service that you can call if you have any emergency.
Where can I park? There are many public car parks where you can leave your car. You can also send us an email before you arrive and we will let you know about availability near your apartment.
Is Barcelona a safe city? Barcelona is a beautiful and lively city, one of the most visited places in the world. It is generally a safe place. However, we always recommend our customers to take precautions with their belongings, specially in tourist areas.
Do I need an adapter to use my own appliances in the apartment? The electricity supply in Spain is 220 volts and the plugs have two pins.
