Our apartment is located next to one of the quietest pedestrian streets in Barcelona, very close to:

● Sagrada Familia, 10 minutes on foot, or 10 minutes by metro and 4 minutes by car

● Park Guell, 15 minutes by bus or 6 minutes by car

● Diagonal Avenue 15 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by car

●Glòries, 25 minutes by bus and 11 minutes by car

CHECK IN

To process your arrival, you must send us a photo of the ID or passports of all guests by email or WhatsApp.

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. A few days before the date, we will send you a code with which you can access the apartment without the need for keys, whenever you want and without having to notify!

Do you need to enter earlier? Contact us the day before your arrival and we will inform you if it is possible to modify the check-in time.

CHECK OUT

Departure time is 11:00 am. You will be able to close the door without worrying about returning the keys.

Do you need to stay longer?

Contact us the day before your departure and we will confirm if it is possible to check out after 11:00 am.

● We would also need copies of all guests´ ID cards or passports before providing them with a link to access the apartment.

● Smoking is prohibited.

● Animals are not allowed.

● It is mandatory in this apartment:

○ Sign a rental contract on the day of arrival

○ Send a copy of your passport or identity card before the day of arrival

○ Provide a permanent residence address before the day of arrival

○ Provide the reason for your stay before the day of arrival.

○ Allow access to the Property to the Landlord, the Administrator, and the workers or industrialists sent by either of them, for the execution, inspection and verification of any type of works or repairs that affect the Property or visits for future tenants.
