THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS

It is one of our apartments in Barcelona located next to the Sagrada Familia. The neighborhood is very popular and well connected. A few meters away is Avenida Gaudí, a pedestrian boulevard full of shops, restaurants and cafeterias with terraces and which connects the modernist Hospital de Sant Pau with the Sagrada Familia.

The nearest metro station is Sagrada Familia (Line 5), direct to the Barcelona Sants Station with a direct link to the airport and 15 minutes from Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas. In addition, there are several bus lines to the center and the beaches.

CHECK IN

To process your arrival it is necessary that you send us a photo of the ID´s or passports of all guests by email or WhatsApp.

The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. To register in your apartment, one or two days before the arrival date, we will confirm the time of entry and delivery of the keys.

Do you need to enter before? Contact us the day before your arrival and we will inform you if it is possible to modify the entry time.

CHECK OUT

The departure time is at 11:00 am. You will be able to close the door without worrying about returning the keys.

Do you need to stay longer?

Contact us one day before your departure and we will confirm if it is possible to check out after 11:00 am.

● To register in your apartment, one or two days before the arrival date, we will specify a time for the keys to be delivered to the apartment.

● We would also need copies of all guests´ ID cards or passports before providing them with a link to access the apartment.

● Smoking is prohibited.

● Animals are not allowed.

● It is mandatory in this apartment:

○               Sign a rental contract on the day of arrival

○               Send a copy of passport or identity card before the day of arrival

○               Provide a permanent residence address prior to the day of arrival

○               Provide the reason for the stay before the day of arrival.

○               Allow access to the Property to the Landlord, the Administrator, and the operators or industrialists commanded by either of them, for the execution , inspection and verification of any kind of works or repairs that affect the Property or visits for future tenants .
