The 90m2 space is intimate and cozy , decorated in a vintage style and fully equipped in the Eixample. Ideal for 2 people , it is located on the sixth floor of a vintage-style modernist building dating from the early 20th century. and is located near several emblematic buildings of the city of Barcelona.

The Central Place apartments are part of a modernist building located in a quiet neighborhood close to Rambla Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.

What is close to me?

- La Pedrera, 5 minutes on foot.

- Casa Batlló, 3 minutes on foot.

- Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Old Town, 5 minutes on foot.

- Plaza España, where the Fira de Barcelona is located, is 10 minutes away by metro.

Passeig de Gràcia metro station 2 minutes on foot (with lines 2, 3 and 4).

CHECK-IN

To process your arrival it is necessary that you send us a photo of the DNI´s or passports of all the guests by email or WhatsApp.

The check - in time is from 3:00 p.m. A few days before the date, we will send you a code with which you can access the apartment without the need for keys, whenever you want and without having to notify!

Do you need to enter before? Contact us the day before your arrival and we will inform you if it is possible to change the time of entry.

Tourist tax:  6,05€/ person / night. Applicable only for people over 17 years of age and for the first 7 nights.

CHECK OUT

Check out time is at 11:00 am. You will be able to close the door without worrying about returning the keys.

Do you need to spend more time?

Contact us one day before your departure and we will confirm if it is possible to checkout after 11:00 am.
